4/3 CPC Spring Field Trip to Duplin Winery
The club’s spring field trip will be to the Dupin/Wayne County area—about a 1.5 hour drive from New Bern. First we’ll visit the Cliffs of the Neuse State Park near Seven Springs. http://www.ncparks.gov/Visit/parks/clne/main.php Next we will do lunch at Duplin Winery’s Bistro (in Rose Hill) and will tour the winery. http://www.duplinwinery.com/ After lunch we will visit nearby Kenansville’s Cowan Museum http://www.cowanmuseum.com/ and Liberty Hall http://www.libertyhallnc.org/ We hope you will attend. Since most of the trip is indoors, weather should not be as much of a factor as it had been in our last two outings.
